Application Developer – Hybrid Cloud Application Management

About this job

IBM Consulting works with large companies on hybrid cloud and AI projects, so this is a client-facing role: you will spend time understanding how a client's business works, not only building or configuring software. This Application Developer role in Bengaluru is on the hybrid cloud application management side: keeping client applications on cloud platforms running well.

You will support and maintain applications across several technology stacks, solve technical issues, apply DevSecOps practices and advise clients on how to manage their applications. IBM asks for experience in at least two technology areas such as Java, open source, databases, integration, mainframe or IBM i. It does not publish a years-of-experience figure.
