About this job
IBM's Confluent team works on the data-streaming platform behind Apache Kafka. This Senior Software Engineer role is remote within India and focuses on developer productivity: the internal platforms other engineers use every day.
You will build secure, multi-tenant platform services that plug into CI/CD and test infrastructure, automate performance and scale testing, and try AI-assisted workflows such as test selection or triage assistants, shipping only the ones that add real value. It suits an engineer with three or more years of experience building backend or platform services.
