About this job
Kaseya builds IT management and cybersecurity software used by managed service providers and IT teams in more than 20 countries. This Staff Software Engineer role in Pune is a senior technical leadership position across teams, not a people-manager job.
You will shape the architecture of large distributed systems, lead modernisation and technical-debt work, drive adoption of AI-assisted development, and raise the bar for reliability and observability in production. It is aimed at engineers with eight or more years of experience who already influence technical direction beyond their own team.
Eligibility
- 8+ years of software engineering, setting technical direction across teams
- Deep experience designing large distributed systems
- Production experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
