Mastercard is hiring a Director of Data Engineering in Hyderabad for its Data Collection & Engineering organisation, which runs the data platforms behind analytics, AI, fraud and regulatory reporting across billions of payment transactions.

This is a senior leadership role: you will set the data engineering strategy, lead the architecture of data warehouse and lakehouse platforms, drive large cloud migrations, and build teams of managers, principal engineers and senior data engineers. The posting asks for 15+ years of experience, including 7+ years leading engineering teams.

Eligibility

• 15+ years delivering enterprise-scale data platforms
• 7+ years leading engineering teams, including managers
