About this job
Microsoft is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for Directory Services in Bengaluru (3 days a week in office). You will solve complex Active Directory problems for enterprise customers, from Group Policy and DNS to replication issues.
Eligibility
- 5+ years administering Microsoft Windows Server
- Strong Active Directory skills: Group Policy, FSMO roles, DNS zones and replication
- MCSE certification is asked for
- Good spoken and written English, and able to pass Microsoft's cloud background check

- Own, investigate and resolve customer Active Directory issues
- Work with teams inside and outside support to find the root cause
- Lead or join peer communities and share what you learn
- Escalate product defects to help improve Windows Server
